Issues with an upcoming order

Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled and changed in the app or via our website if the restaurant started preparing your order. However, you can call the restaurant and ask them to change or cancel your order. If you agree on cancellation, the refund is processed only upon the restaurant's confirmation.

If you cannot reach them, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can notify the restaurant and make the necessary adjustments.

If the order status still says 'Order sent' - you can cancel it and place a new one in the correct location without any cancelation fees. To cancel your order:

- Tap the 'Cancel' button under the progress bar of your order.

- Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled and changed if the restaurant started preparing your order.

Allset restaurants are supposed to have your order ready by the indicated time.

- This way, we will make sure that the restaurant has your order ready ASAP and try to prevent any delays in the future.

- Please note that delays up to 5 minutes are allowed but not common.

If you think that the location is not correct on the Allset app, we recommend you looking it up on Google Maps.

- Please note that a partial refund is guaranteed only when the price difference is confirmed with the restaurant.

If you ordered from the restaurants that happened to be closed, please let us know using the order feedback section in your Past Orders or by contacting our support team. We will clarify with the restaurant and do our best to make things right for you.

Issues with the past order

If you had issues with the past order, please leave your order feedback in your Past Orders or contact support@allsetnow.com. Please do so no later than 24 hours after the order time. Otherwise, it may be harder for us to fully assist you.
We're sorry that your order was not ready on time. Restaurants do their best to prepare the orders within the estimated time, but delays may happen if restaurants are busier than usual.

Please let us know about this issue using the order feedback section in your Past Orders. We will do our best to make it up to you and share your feedback with the restaurant to help them improve.

Credits and Promotions

Allset credits are a monetary balance in your account that can be applied to any order. To view your current credit balance and maximum credit use per order, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app, and then select 'Promotions.'

Your Allset credit balance includes both promotional and referral credits. We also offer discounts per each order at selected restaurants (specially marked in-app). Restaurant discounts combine with your personal credits at checkout. Please keep in mind that your personal credits always apply first. The maximum credit use per order is $10 for new users and may vary for existing users.

Allset credits do not apply if you try to overuse them:

- Order at the same restaurant within 6 hours of your previous credited order.

- Order at a different restaurant within 1 hour of your previous credited order.

Or if your account is restricted. Please see 'Why credits disappeared from my account?' in the CREDITS AND PROMOTIONS section.
- Promotional credits are available through our different marketing activities. They can be valid for both first-time and current users. To redeem the code and get promotional credits, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app and then select 'Promotions.'

- You can spend promotional credits at any of the participating restaurants. You can check the discount applied to your order at checkout. The maximum credit use per order is $10 for new users and may vary for existing users.

- Please note that we're not responsible for any promo codes listed on third party websites.

To invite a friend:

- Open the Allset app.

- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app and then select 'Refer friends, Get $5!'

- Share your referral code. You can share your code as many times as you like.

- Referral codes are valid for new users only who didn't place orders and redeem codes before.

- Your friend will receive $5 immediately after redeeming your referral code. You will receive the referral credits in up to 3 hours after your friend's order time.

There are three possible issues.

- First, it's limited to new users only: some promo codes are only valid for first-time users only, and you've already used another code or placed your first order.

- Second, it's expired: most credits expire on a certain date. The expiration date is specified in the promo text.

- Third, your profile might be restricted, and promo codes do not apply in such cases. Please see 'Why credits disappeared from my account?' below to know more.

Please note that we're not responsible for any promo codes listed on third party websites.
Allset credits can expire over time. We will always send you alerts regarding it to make sure you have a chance to take advantage of your credits in full.

We also reserve the right to remove credits from accounts and disable the usage of referral and promotional credits in the future for users who violate our Terms of Use.

- We do not allow to have multiple accounts in our system linked to one person, even if these accounts are registered with different profile information, including email address, name, and phone number.

- We also do not allow to use phone numbers and devices already registered in our system, as well as use digital phone numbers to sign up.

- If your account is not eligible for the promotional code that you redeem, we have the right to remove promotional credits from your account.

Allset's decision to remove and disable credits is exercised in a reasonable manner. Also, see 'My account has been restricted' in the ACCOUNT section below.
Complete steps below and email us at support@allsetnow.com to let us know that you fulfilled all the requirements to reinstate the account:

- Change the current phone number to the one not being used by another user if the account was restricted due to sharing a phone number.

- Log in with your own device not being used by another user if the account was restricted due to sharing a device.

- Change your digital phone number to the mobile one if the account was restricted due to using a digital phone number.

- Provide links to any of your public profiles (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter) to validate the person you share credentials with.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This might happen because of the following reasons:

- Your account was restricted. Please see 'My account has been restricted' in the ACCOUNT section below.

- You had already placed an order at this restaurant less than 6 hours ago, or you had placed an order at another restaurant less than 1 hour ago. Please see 'How do Allset credits work?' in this section above.

- The promo code or referral code was not redeemed successfully.

Ordering

- Select a restaurant from a suggested list in the app (iOS/Android) or on the Allset website.

- Each restaurant has a tag showing you an approximate order preparation time.

- Choose your meal from a menu and place an order. It will be placed for the closest time automatically.

- We will send your order to the restaurant, and you will see the progress bar with its status and the approximate ready time.

- You will be notified when the restaurant starts preparing your order and when the order is ready.

- Please note that you can only cancel your order before the restaurant starts preparing it.

In-store pickup, curbside pickup, and dine-in options are available. Paying for your meal is done entirely through the app.
- Order sent means that Allset has sent your order to the restaurant. You will get notified once your order starts being prepared. You can still cancel your order at this point and get a full refund.

- Preparing your order means that the restaurant has started preparing your order and it will be ready around the indicated time. At this point, you cannot cancel your order using the app or website. But you can tap on the phone icon under the status bar to call the restaurant and see if they can cancel.

- Pick up your order/Arrive for dine-in means that your order is ready and the restaurant is waiting for you.

- Order completed means that your order has been served.

- Order canceled means that your order has been canceled. If the order is canceled by the restaurant, you will receive a full refund.

- Restaurant seems busy at the moment means that there is a small delay due to the restaurant's operational capacity during the busiest hours. Once your order starts being prepared, we will notify you immediately.

You can always check up on this delay with our support team or with the restaurant directly:

- Tap on the order card to expand.

- Tap on the phone icon next to the restaurant name (located under the order progress bar) and the call will start.

- Or simply tap on the 'Help' button to get assistance from our support team.

We keep you notified through push notifications on every stage of order preparation. There are two ways to check the status of your order at any time.

Option 1.

- Open the Allset app.

- You will see your order status on the bottom of the main screen.

- Tap on it to see the details of your order.

Option 2.

- Open the Allset app.

- Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.

- Tap 'Orders' to open the list of your orders and see the status of your current order.

- Tap on the your current order to see the details.

- Restaurants with no-contact pickup option will leave your order in a designated contactless area (usually near the entrance) for a safe and easy pickup.

- Restaurants with curbside pickup option will bring out your food upon your arrival. Just tap on the phone icon under the order progress bar in-app to call the restaurant and let them know you arrived.

- At a counter service restaurant, simply tell your name or your order ID (a 3-digit number under your progress bar). Ask for your Allset order at the counter and grab any spot available. Your meal will be packed to-go if you ordered for pickup.

- At a full-service restaurant, just tell the host that you have an order with Allset. You will get served in minutes. The app handles the payment and tip, so you can leave when you are ready.

Yes, the 'Pickup' option is set as default at checkout. If the restaurant you would like to order at does not have this option, please contact us at support@allsetnow.com and we will do our best to add it.
Yes, the dine-in option is available at some of our restaurants at checkout. Please note that we do not guarantee free tables at such restaurants during the busiest hours. If we cannot confirm your dine-in order, our support team will reach out to you ASAP.
- After each order with Allset, we will ask you to leave feedback in the app.

- You can add a comment if you had any issues at the restaurant. We will be happy to hear from you and address your concerns.

- If you placed an order using our website, you will receive an email with the feedback request.

- You can also email your feedback at support@allsetnow.com at any time.

Currently, it is not possible to add more items to your Allset order once it has already been placed. If you arrived at the restaurant and realized there are more items you would like to add, you can order directly from the restaurant and pay separately.
In partnership with your favorite restaurants, we’ve created dedicated no-contact pickup areas at stores, so you can safely pick up your order without contacting others.

Here’s what the contactless pickup means:

- The restaurant provides a designated area for takeout orders

- It can be a shelf or table near the entrance that is easily accessible to minimize your interaction with anyone

- Your order will be clearly labeled with your name to avoid confusion and eliminate the need for assistance

Just look for restaurants with a special badge saying ‘No-Contact Pickup’ and order as usual.
With all-new Curbside Pickup on Allset, you can get your food brought out straight to your car.

1. Find participating restaurants with a special ‘Curbside Pickup’ badge in-app.

2. Add the ‘Curbside Pickup’ item to your cart. Include your car type and color in the comment to your order.

3. Follow additional instructions if the restaurant provides any.

4. Upon arrival, call the restaurant to receive your order right away.

Payment

Yes. Your payment method details are never shared with anybody. We do not have access to anything but the last four digits of your card number and the expiration date.
This is the way our payment system checks the payment method to make sure it is valid. No money is deducted from your account. It's only a temporary authorization.
No, the Allset service is free for diners. Please note that if you pay less than our minimum charge of $0.50, we will add a small service fee due to the minimum transaction amount which is $0.50.
All payments, including tip to the restaurant, are done entirely through the app. You can use cash or card to order additional items when you are already inside the restaurant.
We support all types of cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app and then select 'Settings.'

- Tap 'Payment Method' to add a new payment method or choose among the existing ones.

We require having at least one payment method on file to use Allset.

Yes, we email you a summary receipt that includes all charges like tip, tax, and others.
Yes, simply open the Allset app and select Apple Pay/Google Pay in your payment method. Make sure you have Apple Pay/Google Pay set up on your phone.
It may be due to a violation of our Terms of Use.

- In this case, your account has been restricted, and Allset credits have been removed and disabled for your account.

- When this happens, please email us at support@allsetnow.com and we'll take a closer look at this issue.

- If you have access to your previous phone number, please log in to your account and change the phone number to the current one in the account settings.

- If you do not have access to your previous phone number, please email us at support@allsetnow.com using the email address associated with your Allset account, and we will assist you with setting up the new number.

Having trouble receiving a 4-digit code to verify your phone number? There might be a few reasons.

If you forgot your password, click 'Forgot password?' when trying to login.

We use text messages and push notifications to send you real-time order status updates and special offers. We do not send any spam - only important order status updates to guarantee a more seamless experience for you. You can verify your phone number when you sign up or at checkout when placing an order.
The restaurant should be able to recognize you to serve you the right order when you arrive.
- Open the account menu in the top left corner of the screen and then select 'Settings.'

- Tap on your name, email address, or phone number to edit the information in the field.

- Tap 'Change Password' to create a new password.

To keep the service running smoothly for both diners and restaurants, your account may be restricted if you violate our Terms of Use. It means that all promo credits will be deducted from your account, and you will not be eligible for promotional campaigns and redeeming promo codes. The restriction may also result in you being charged the amount of Allset credits used in your order. In the case of credit abuse, the charge may apply after the order is placed.

Your account will remain active, and you can continue using Allset services.

Here are the possible reasons for your account to be restricted:

- Sharing your phone number or device with other Allset users.

- Creating multiple accounts, using fake phone numbers, or fake email addresses, in order to misuse Allset credits.

- If you bulk-redeem promo codes that you did not receive from Allset.

- Violation of our Terms of Use.
