How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the restaurant starts preparing it.

- You will find the 'Cancel' button under the progress bar of your order.

- If you choose to cancel the order, your credits will be refunded immediately. Your personal funds will be returned in 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

Please note that the order cannot be canceled if the restaurant has started preparing it.
