After you sign up at www.allsetnow.com/for-companies and create your company account, you can create your meal program in 3 easy steps:

1. Add employees
Once added to your meal program, each employee will receive an invitation email with further instructions.

2. Use trial credits
You have a $100 credit that will auto-apply at checkout – giving the first 5 employees $20 off their first order.

3. Set your employee meal program
Once trial credits are used, proceed with your meal program by setting budgets and schedules per employee groups.

Allset is not like any other service. It allows your team to go beyond in-office meals. Using Allset takes up no office space, it's easy to manage, plus there's no service fee compared to other services. Apart from employee meals, you can use Allset for business meetings and employee perks.

Setup

First, sign up at www.allsetnow.com/for-companies and create your company account. After that you can log in to your dashboard and create your meal program in three easy steps:

1. Add employees
Once added to your meal program, each employee will receive an invitation email with further instructions.

2. Use trial credits
You have a $75 credit that will auto-apply at checkout – giving the first 5 employees $15 off their first order.

3. Set your employee meal program
Once trial credits are used, proceed with your meal program by setting budgets and schedules per employee groups.
We provide companies with a $75 credit that will apply as $15 off per first employee order.

Depending on employee budget per meal, everything above $15 will be charged to the company payment method or paid by the employee.

If the employee budget per meal is $15 or less, everything above $15 is paid by the employee.

If the employee budget per meal is more than $15, the difference will be charged to the company payment method. Everything above employee budget per meal is paid by the employee.

The $75 credit is valid for 30 days after activation.

Even better: If you spend $75 in credits within two weeks, you'll get $75 more towards another five employees.
In the 'Employees' section, you can add employees to your meal program by creating employee groups and setting employee budgets per meal. Each employee will receive an invitation email with further instructions.
Go to the 'Employees' section, choose a group of employees, and set your employee budget per meal. You can create multiple employee groups with different employee budgets. You will only be charged when employees added to your meal program start ordering with Allset.
You can ask us to turn off your meal program whenever you want. There are no contracts or obligations on your part.

Ordering and Payment

Once added to your meal program, each employee will receive an email with further instructions. The employee needs to sign up with the same email address that you used to add the employee to your meal program.

For this reason, we highly recommend that you use the work email address of employees. Once registered, employees are ready to use Allset. Company credits will automatically apply at checkout according to a preset employee budget per meal.
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the app and then select 'Payment' > 'Employee meal program' from the menu.
The employee orders their meal from a menu and pays the bill before arrival. This allows each employee to be in and out of the restaurant in 30 minutes or less.
The employee is served upon arrival and finished in under 30 minutes. Allset handles the payment and tipping, so the employee can leave when they are ready.
The company payment method is automatically charged after the restaurant confirms the employee order. All payments are done before the employee arrives at the restaurant.

We ask everyone to contact us as soon as possible so that we can notify the restaurant and make the necessary adjustments. Our partner restaurants easily adjust their service according to the new arrival time.
We ask everyone to contact us directly, and we'll try our best to cancel the order. We won't be able to refund the order if the restaurant has already started to prepare the food.
Yes. All orders will be charged to their personal payment method.
