My order was missing an item.

We're sorry that your order was not complete. Please take a photo of the dish and let us know about this issue using the order feedback section in your Past Orders, mentioning the item that was missing.

You can also contact us at with a photo of the dish if possible. We will do our best to make it up for you and share your feedback with the restaurant to make sure this doesn't happen again.

- Please note that a refund is guaranteed only if a photo is provided and upon the restaurant's confirmation.

- There is no refund if you agreed on a substitute.
