What is Allset?

Allset is a restaurant reservation and pre-ordering service that allows you to book a table, pre-order, and pre-pay for your meal at local restaurants making for a wait-free dining experience in under 30 minutes.

How does it work?

Use Allset to make a reservation and pre-order your meal at participating restaurants. Upon arrival, you get seated immediately and served in short order. The app handles the payment so you can leave when you want. The entire dining process takes up to 30 minutes - basically as long as it takes to eat your food.

How can I benefit from using Allset?

Allset connects you to great restaurants with delicious food and a wait-free service. You skip any line, be seated and served immediately, enjoy your meal and get on with your day. No more waiting for a table, food, and check - you are in-and-out and completely done in under 30 minutes.

Do I need to pay for the Allset service?

No, the Allset service is free for diners.

Where can I use Allset?

Allset is currently available in San Francisco and the Bay Area, New York, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Jose. If there is a city that you'd like to see us in, let us know at support@allsetnow.com.

RESERVATION AND ORDERING

How do I make a reservation and place my order?

Select a restaurant from a suggested list in the app (iOS / Android). Then instantly select your meal from a menu and make a reservation for the desired day and time. You can make a reservation for the same or next day. You can also invite friends to join your table when you make a reservation for two or more people. Paying for your meal is done entirely through the app.

How can I invite my friends to join my table?

At checkout, you can invite friends from your phone contacts to join your reservation. Invited friends need to accept the invitation in a text message or the app. They will order and pay separately through the app.

What do I do when I arrive at the restaurant?

Just tell the host that you have a reservation with Allset. You will be seated immediately, served in short order, and finished in under 30 minutes. The app handles the payment and tip so you can just leave when you want without any notice.

How do I change my reservation or order?

Please contact us directly so we can talk to the restaurant and take care of everything for you. Tap the orders icon in the bottom of the app and then select your order. Tap “Contact Support” to call or email us. We understand that plans can change, but please notify us as early as possible.

I'm running late, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can notify the restaurant and make the necessary adjustments. Without prior notice, your meal will be prepared for your original reservation time. You may be responsible for additional charges that may incur from the restaurant having to remake your meal.

How do I cancel my reservation and order?

If your order has already been sent to the restaurant, please contact us directly, and we'll try our best to cancel the order. Tap the orders icon in the bottom of the app and then select your order. Tap “Contact Support” to call or email us. We won't be able to refund your order if the restaurant has already started to make the food.

Can I order through Allset when I’m already inside the restaurant?

Because this breaks the purpose of pre-ordering and does not allow to provide a wait-free service, we do not recommend to use Allset inside the restaurants. In some cases, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Why can't I order for takeout from Allset restaurants?

Allset is a dine-in service. You will enjoy the real restaurant experience, easy and wait-free. We are not offering takeout as an option through Allset. Orders placed for takeout will be canceled and refunded.

Why do you have a limited menu for each restaurant?

We hand-curate the best meals from Allset restaurants to make them more accessible for you. This significantly reduces the time between opening the app and getting a 100% satisfying meal. Whether you're a meat lover or strictly vegetarian, we pick the best meals for every taste.

How do I submit a feedback after my order?

Your satisfaction is our main priority. After each dining experience, we will ask you to leave feedback in the app. There you can add a comment if you had any issues at the restaurant. We will be happy to hear from you and reach back out if our help is needed. You can also email us at support@allsetnow.com at any time.

PAYMENT

Is my payment method information secure?

Yes. Your payment method details are never shared with anybody. Even we do not have access to anything but the last four digits of your card number and the expiration date.

Why do you charge and then return $1 on my payment method after registration?

This way our payment system checks the payment method to make sure it is valid. No money is deducted from your account. It’s only an authorization.

Does Allset charge a service fee?

No, the Allset service is free for diners.

Can I pay in cash?

All payments, including tip to the restaurant, are done entirely through the app. You can use cash to order additional items when you are already in the restaurant.

How do I change my payment method?

Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select “Account Settings” right under your profile picture. Tap “Payment Method” to add a new payment method or choose among the existing ones. We require having at least one payment method on file in order to use Allset.

How do I change the tip amount?

Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select “Account Settings” right under your profile picture. Tap “Default Tip” to adjust your tip amount. Allset restaurants are doing their best to provide you with a wait-free and more seamless dining experience so please feel free to set your usual tip amount.

Do I get a receipt from Allset?

Yes, we email you a summary receipt that includes all charges like tip, tax, and others. The email receipt will be in your inbox 45 minutes after your reservations time.

Can I use Apple Pay / Android Pay within the Allset app?

Yes, simply open the Allset app and select Apple Pay / Android Pay in your payment method. (Make sure you have Apple Pay / Android Pay set up on your phone.)

Can I use my friend’s payment method that was already registered in Allset?

We do not allow to use payment methods already registered in our system. In this case, we remove credits from the account and disable the usage of referral and promotional credits for this account in the future.

My Allset credits disappeared, and I was charged to my payment method. What do I do?

Allset credits have been removed and disabled for your account due to a violation of our Terms of Use, please email us at support@allsetnow.com, and we’ll take care of this issue. Also, see “Why credits disappeared from my account?” in CREDITS AND PROMOTIONS section below.

CREDITS AND PROMOTIONS

Where can I view my Allset credits?

Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select “Promotions” to view your current credit balance.

How do I get promotional credits?

Promotional credits are available through our different marketing activities. Promotional credits can be valid for both first-time and current users. To redeem the code and get promotional credits, tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select "Promotions" from the menu. Promotional credits can be spent at any of the participating restaurants. You can check the discount applied to your order at checkout.

How do I get referral credits by referring friends to Allset?

When you refer a first-time user through the app, they will immediately receive a $10 credit that will automatically apply towards their first order. Upon completion of their first order, you will also receive a $10 credit to apply towards your next order. To find your referral code, tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select "Give $10, Get 10" from the menu. You can share your code as many times as you like. Referral codes are valid for new users only who didn't place orders and redeem codes before.

I had more credits in my account but only got a $10 off my order. Why?

We have a maximum discount amount of $10 that can be spent per one order. When you redeem, say, a $20 promo code, you will get a $20 credit that will be applied as a $10 off towards your next 2 orders.

Why isn’t my Allset promo code working?

It’s limited to new users only: some promo codes are only valid for first-time users only, and you’ve already used another code or placed your first order. It’s expired: most credits expire on a certain date. The expiration date is specified in the promo text.

Why credits disappeared from my account?

We reserve the right to remove credits from accounts and disable the usage of referral and promotional credits in the future for users who violate our Terms of Use. We do not allow to have multiple accounts in our system linked to one person, even if these accounts are registered with different profile information, including email address, name, phone number, and payment method. We also do not allow to use phone numbers and payment methods already registered in our system. Allset’s decision to remove and disable credits is exercised in a reasonable manner. Deleted credits can be returned to the account if the user created multiple accounts or used already existing phone numbers and payment methods by mistake.

Why do you need my phone number?

We use text messages and push notifications to keep you updated about your Allset reservations. We do not send any spam, only important updates to guarantee a wait-free and more seamless dining experience for you and your friends.

I have a problem verifying my phone number.

Please email us at support@allsetnow.com for support.

Why do I need to add my photo?

The restaurant should be able to recognize you and greet you by name when you arrive.

How do I delete my account?

Just email us at support@allsetnow.com, and we will take care of that for you.

How do I change my profile information, including name, email address, phone number, and password?

Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and then select “Account Settings” right under your profile picture. Tap on your name, email address, or phone number to edit the field. Tap “Change Password” to create a new password.
