Order cancellation is possible only if the restaurant has yet to confirm and begin working on it. Once you have verified and completed the reason for the cancellation on the app, the order payment will be canceled and refunded automatically. As a rule, refund return to the payment method immediately after cancellation; however, please allow up to 5 business days for such a transaction to be reflected in your bank account if any delays occur.
In other circumstances involving order fulfillment errors (you did not get your purchase, something was incorrect or missing, etc.), please contact our Support Team at support@allsetnow.com with images of the order showcasing a visible flaw. Depending on the circumstances and the outcome of our Support team's inquiry, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
You’ll see a transaction appear in your bank account as a full or partial order amount refunded to your original payment method a few days after your purchase. In such cases, please, allow 5 to 15 business days for payment changes or refunds to appear in your bank account.
