- If the restaurant communicates this issue with our support team first, we will reach out to you to offer a substitute or cancel your order.
- If you choose to cancel the order, your credits will be refunded immediately. Your personal funds will be returned in 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
- If the restaurant couldn't assist you, call us at +1 (510) 210-1052 or send an email at support@allsetnow.com and we will make things right for you as fast as possible.
- Please note there is no refund if you agreed on a substitute.
