I placed an order at a wrong restaurant/location.

If the order status still says 'Order sent' - you can cancel it and place a new one in the correct location without any cancelation fees. To cancel your order:

- Tap the 'Cancel' button under the progress bar of your order.

- Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled and changed if the restaurant started preparing your order.

You can also contact us at +1 (510) 210-1052 if you cannot reach the restaurant. We will do our best to assist you. Please note that you will not be refunded if the restaurant has already started preparing your order.
