Credits expiration

Promotional credits can expire over time. We will send you alerts regarding it to make sure you have enough time to use your credits in full.

The promo credits will also expire if you redeem the promo code and do not place any orders before its expiration date. You will see the credits expiration date when you redeem the promo code.

Please note that the promo credits are applied to purchases in the same order that you redeem the promo codes. For example, if you redeem one promo code on Tuesday and another one on Wednesday, and then place an order, you will spend the credits for Tuesday's promo code first. If remain unused, the credits for the Wednesday's promo code will eventually expire.
