What if I run out of an item?

In case you run out of everything bagels, first off – ouch, they’re our favorites! However, it’s easy to take care of. You can always disable unavailable items on your menu using the Allset Merchant App, Merchant Dashboard, or report a sold out item to our Support Team when confirming a new order.

The Allset Merchant App

We recommend resolving item availability right away to ensure the accurate menu on the app at all times.

To 86 items on your menu using the Allset Merchant App:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right corner and choose ‘Disable menu item.’

2. Search for an item you want to hide.

3. Tap the item and mark it as ‘Unavailable Today’ or ‘Unavailable Indefinitely.’

*Unavailable Today – labels the item as ‘Sold Out’ until the following day. The item remains visible to the customer.

Unavailable Indefinitely – hides the item from the menu until its status is changed to available.

Important: if the same item occurs multiple times, please hide it on every menu.

The Allset Merchant Dashboard

Go to ‘Menu Items’ on the left sidebar, find the item on the menu, and click the ‘👁’ icon to mark it as ‘Unavailable Today’ or ‘Unavailable Indefinitely.’

Report sold out item when confirming an order

In case you cannot fulfill the order that has already been placed, there are two ways of reporting this issue to our Support Team:

1. When reviewing a new order in the Allset Merchant App, tap ‘Issues’ > ‘Issue with Item.’ Choose an item you can't serve and mark it as 'Unavailable Today' or 'Unavailable Indefinitely.'

2. If you do not have access to the Allset Merchant App, please give a call to our Support Team at +1 (510) 210-1052. We will resolve the issue with the customer and let you know about any updates to the order status.
