Order confirmation depends on the order protocol you're using.
If you use a POS/Printer integration, orders will be auto-confirmed as soon as an order is sent to POS or the order receipt is successfully printed.
When receiving a new order on the Allset Merchant App, your tablet will start blinking and you'll hear a sound notification. The next step is to view the order details and confirm it.
You can also confirm orders by receiving order notifications via email or sms.
When receiving an order through a fax machine, it will be followed up with a confirmation call from our support team.
